TRAINING REQUEST FORM

Are you a foster parent, licensing worker, CASA, GAL, lawyer, or judge? Our customized trainings can help you better understand the legal landscape and best practices surrounding foster care.

Topics include how to engage in a child protection case, how to effectively advocate for children in foster care, and an introduction to children’s legal rights.

We are happy to consult, collaborate, co-litigate, or consider amicus filings whenever there is an opportunity to persuade appellate courts to issue favorable rulings vindicating the rights of America’s most vulnerable children.”
